TA Specialists needed with Enterprise and Mid-Market Tech Sales hiring experience – immediate start (posting on behalf of Recruiter On Demand)
Recruiter on Demand enables clients to immediately expand their in-house Talent Acquisition team with high quality TA staff. We work with large corporates to support changing demand from the business as well as SME's who need to hire the best talent, but are not yet ready to employ a full-time internal recruiter.
We are supporting a large and fast growing global software vendor. They have asked us for additional TA resource to hire Enterprise and Mid-Market sales people across EMEA – principally in Western, Southern and Northern European areas. Working as part of the Recruiter on Demand team, you’ll represent yourself to the candidate market as being internal to our client and will have a Linkedin Recruiter seat as well as client email address.
You'll be working together as part of a close-knit team, all focused on similar roles, so effective communication between everyone is essential; and you'll need to be great at reporting and transparent about your work. Our ethos is to create a collaborative environment and always ensure you get the support you need.
Most important is your ability to find, engage and assess sales professionals in the Enterprise and Mid-Market software sector. You'll also be managing the relationships with hiring managers, reporting and managing the interview / offer processes.

Initially, we are looking for support for three months or so. We can hire you through our payroll on a Fixed Term Contract or through your ltd. Your location is not an issue, though we’d strongly prefer that you are in a European timezone. The only other stipulation is that you can speak and write in English fluently.
