eArcu is the market leading Talent Acquisition & CRM Suite, helping over 100 national and international organisations. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our busy Customer Success team, at this time of exciting expansion.
Senior Customer Success Managers are predominantly responsible for developing and maintaining strategic client relationships and enhancing best practice techniques, with a focus on retention, adoption and exploring opportunities for expansion.
A consultative and empathetic approach is key to developing long term, successful relationships with clients, evolving the client’s use of the product from our suite of innovative, new features.
Key elements of the role cover:
Ability to be strategic as well as managing the detail
Ability to understand client’s problems and promote solutions
Coaching and supporting team members to help them achieve successful client relationships
Adding value to clients by supporting them in achieving their business objectives
Recommending possible key system features to compliment and improve their processes and/or resolve recruitment challenges
Developing and scoping out future road plans with client stakeholders
Providing key feature demos and delivering system training to clients when required
System configuration and project coordination
Running and facilitating regular face to face client review meetings
Strong commercial awareness to support monthly individual and team targets
Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches, to maintain and protect a strong client relationship
If you’re comfortable with software solutions and understand how ATS’s work, this would be a distinct advantage.
