We are looking for two Recruitment Advisors to join our Recruitment Team and the wider HR Directorate at NHS Digital on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting time to join the Recruitment Team as we launch a variety of recruitment campaigns to support our ambitious growth plans as NHS Digital expands. Not only will you get to be an NHS superhero, you’ll also play a pivotal role in bringing in new talent who will deliver on the amazing products and programmes of work we create here at NHS Digital.
The role will support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that as a team we provide a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and fill our vacancies with top talent in a timely manner.
You will work closely with the Recruitment Business Partners and a variety of hiring managers to fully understand the requirements for each vacancy. And support with developing attractive recruitment campaigns, proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
The candidate journey is important to us, so this role will be responsible for ensuring candidates have a positive experience when looking to join us. You will need to work closely with our HR services team to ensure an engaging and smooth onboarding experience for our candidates.
As a team we have exciting and ambitious plans and we would like you to be part of that. Some of these a review of all our candidate selection documentation, delivery of recruitment training to our managers, building on initiatives and commitments to support diversity and equality in our recruitment processes, and building our branding strategy focusing on becoming an employer of choice.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can start immediately, but will wait for the right candidate.
