Global Talent Acquisition Partner

Closing date: 30/01/2020

We’re looking for a genuine job filler, an out and out, hands on recruiter, someone who’s relentless in their passion to deliver consistently for their stakeholders. You’ll need to be resourceful, determined……attracted to a challenge!

Does this sound like you?

We’re delighted to be supporting this Tech sector client, not simply because we believe this is a truly interesting role, with a company in growth mode, but it’s also a company that is taking an innovative approach in their commitment to acquire the best talent for their business.

Private Equity backed, the organisation has grown significantly in recent years, largely through acquisition, and is set to continue to do so. With approaching 1000 employees in numerous global locations, you’ll have a remit to provide front line support to the business, leading the acquisition of talent across all functional disciplines. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll operate with extensive autonomy to work with business stakeholders to scope, plan and execute hiring requirements globally.

Like many TA roles, the focus of this position will be to dramatically raise direct sourcing within the business, but as a notable difference, this role’s earning potential will be directly linked to these KPI’s, with an extremely lucrative, commission based offering, that could see a successful individual earn in excess of £100k.

As such, my client is looking for a hands on Talent Acquistion professional, who brings a natual hunger and personal pride to deliver the best talent possible for the business. You’ll be proven to proactively identify and engage with high performing talent on an international scale, build effective talent pipelines, cultivate excellent, customer centred stakeholder relationships, and provide meaningful insight and judgement to produce high quality shortlists.

Whilst this role has a strong recruiting focus, this is also a great opportunity to shape and develop Talent Acquistion strategy on a global level. You’ll also be responsible for promoting (even developing) the employer brand, helping to upskill hiring managers, drive best hiring practises, build effective third party relationships, as well as working with wider HR colleagues around succession and talent planning.

The person:

A passion for hands recruitment delivery
A proven career high performer with a record of achievement in direct sourcing
A blend of in-house/RPO with agency/search could be advantageous, but not essential
Target driven and self motivated
Strong knowledge of end to end recruitment & assessment practices, with demonstrable impact to make improvements or streamlining process
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Adaptable to work in a highly changeable, fast paced environment
Recruiting to specialised disciplines as well as handling a reasonably high volume of live recruitment requisitions is strongly preferable
Ideally experience within recruiting to more corporate environments and professional disciplines (tech background isn’t essential)

Base location:
Remote or nearest local office, but with global travel. With larger volumes of hiring expected in the UK or Central Europe, a base location in this territory is probably preferred.

Salary:
Base salary £30-40,000 + commission, bonus & benefits
OTE £six figure package with commission & bonus potential

* we will also be happy to discuss a more ‘traditional’ package arrangement if this style did not appeal

Working arrangements:
This is a full time role, but can accommodate more flexible working patterns, such as remote working, and time-zone adjusted working hours.
