These tests can assess a range of personal qualities: personality, motivation, reasoning skills and even people’s values-set. Ben Williams is a seasoned Chartered Psychologist and former Chair of the Association for Business Psychology who has used just about every test on the market over the past 23 years. He now runs Sten10, who focus on designing bespoke tests of this nature.
