Join sourcing expert Vanessa Raath as she delves into the topic of how to find diverse talent.
Diversity Sourcing goes a lot further than just throwing a whole lot of female names into a Boolean Search String and seeing what pops up in the results. I always encourage people to look for groups and communities of people where diverse candidates like to spend their time. It’s all about showing respect and assistance to these communities before asking for their assistance. In this session, we will look at the different types of Diversity and who is really getting it right when it comes to finding and engaging diverse talent!
