Louise Shaw – Director of Resourcing Transformation
Louise heads up Omni’s Resourcing transformation team, working exclusively with in-house HR and Recruitment teams. Central to her work is helping organisations understand their Resourcing Effectiveness, before working with them to deliver improvements around people, process and technology to put them at the forefront of their talent markets.
Louise has worked for a range of FTSE 100 and SME organisations in a variety of sectors in the UK, US and EU. Through her experience and consultancy with organisations like AstraZeneca and Bank of Scotland Louise has developed an expertise in delivering Recruitment Transformation projects in some of the most complex recruiting environments.
Katie Noble – Resourcing Transformation Specialist
Katie leads Omni’s D&I REA service as well the delivery of the “Recruitment Transformation” consultancy and training services to a wide range of In-House and HR Professionals. Previously, Katie was responsible for delivering effective and innovative recruitment solutions to a number of Omni’s clients across the UK. Working across various sectors including Hospitality, Construction, Care, Housing and Facilities, she led recruitment teams with a focus on finding the best talent in the marketplace. Katie has led recruitment for a number of organisations including Rolls Royce, Auto Trader, Kier, Savills and Serco. She has been involved in managing national campaigns, creating resourcing strategy and leading national teams.
Paula Dutton – Resourcing Transformation Specialist
Paula is Omni’s Strategic Workforce Planning specialist and has extensive experience helping large corporations with their resourcing challenges. She has managed large scale MSP and RPO partnerships for companies such as Capgemini and Jaguar Land Rover, with a focus on providing the best quality resources as cost effectively as possible for her clients. Her combined knowledge of the Contractor, Permanent and Recruitment Solutions marketplace, allows her to help organisations create and align their workforce strategy to their business strategy.
