It has been several months since communities around the world rallied in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and against racial injustice. Many companies have since pledged their support, but how do we ensure as individuals that this movement is sustainable? In this session we will unpack the basics of activating antiracism and allyship to help you be a champion for inclusion within your own organization and beyond and how we can apply this to the world of TA.
Catalina Hernandez is a London-based D&I Manager focused on driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within EY UK & Ireland. She consults with leaders and individuals across EY to foster and integrate inclusiveness best practices into everyday business processes. She is highly skilled in diversity recruitment strategies for experienced hire and student recruitment and she is passionate about driving antiracism in the workplace. Prior to EY, Catalina was a recruitment manager based in Boston where she focused on campus recruitment and creating diverse student pipelines through innovative talent programs. Catalina graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in Legal Studies.
