We were joined by Research Europe last year, where they discussed how developments in technology and data are influencing the way in which we work. During this event, we are going to look more specifically at Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how the latest buzz word is making waves in the world of TA. AI capabilities seem sometimes endless. However, when it comes to Talent Acquisition and indeed Talent Intelligence, can AI ever replace the human touch?

Research Europe will present a live case study of how they are working with an AI-driven talent technology platform Xapien.

We will hear from representatives at Xapian to explore their platform that fully automates online research which help us break through the noise in a world awash with messy, fragmented information. Research Europe and Xapian will explore whether AI based knowledge extraction technology can really work just like a human would do, reading, digesting and learning.
