Optiver’s rapid journey to employee referrals success

As part of refining their own resourcing strategy, global Foreign Exchange business Optiver came to Real Links with the objective of increasing referral hires and employee engagement with referrals. Within 3 weeks of launching referrals in their business they had 216 Accepted Applications and of those 67 went to Assessment Stage.
