We’re pleased to announce that Kevin Hough, an experienced TA leader is running a “strategy into action” session on “Alumni Schemes”.
Kevin has led the transformation of many recruitment teams and TA operations, and would like to share his experience and advice on building and executing a strategy with regards to leveraging your Alumni. Attraction and engagement is becoming harder and harder, and many organisations miss the golden opportunity to utilise leavers as a way to bring talent into their organisation.
This session goes hand in hand with our Alumni toolkit, (which Kevin himself designed); and talks through the challenges of where to start, planning and executing a successful strategy; which of course will include getting the best out of the toolkit – so you can spend more time on delivery in a resource restricted environment.
