Emma Mirrington

Managing Director

Emma has over 20 years Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience working for organisations such as Unilever, Sky and Mars. Emma is passionate about supporting and developing members to help them reach their full potential and in her role as Managing Director leads The Firm team to enable this. In her spare time Emma is kept very busy with three kids, two cats and a house renovation!

Anna Milbank

Partnerships Director

Having spent 16 years working in Recruitment on the agency side, Anna moved across to the world of in-house recruitment by joining The Firm back in 2013 to develop the partnership and commercial aspect of the business and help bridge the gap between suppliers and our members. Now as co-owner of the business Anna is passionate about delivering the best quality content, insight and events to the TA community.

Her two boys and two cocker spaniels keep her busy in her free time, she loves keeping fit and especially her new Peloton!

Rachel Dalboth

Strategy & Development Director

Rachel spent over 20 years working as an in-house recruiter and Leader for the likes of Nokia, Fluor and Unilever, prior to joining The Firm in 2018. With responsibility for developing strategies that further strengthen The Firm’s membership and training propositions, Rachel is passionate about upskilling recruiters and hiring managers and loves nothing more than presenting or facilitating one of the many Firm events, training sessions and masterclasses. 

Rachel is a frustrated pop star at heart and is often found singing into her hairbrush when not in the recording studio.

Aby Wojick

Membership Engagement Manager

Aby has worked as a Membership Engagement professional for 12 years, supporting different industries within the charity and not for profit sector, supporting HR services through to small creative businesses, as well as working for the Equality Challenge Unit which works to advance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for staff and students in Higher Education. Aby is passionate about supporting people in their roles and actively collaborating to progress diversity and inclusion across the board, both within and beyond the TA industry.

In her spare time, Aby enjoys cooking, cycling, yoga, music and festivals.

Amy Horlock

Team Administrator

Amy has over 15 years’ Administration experience delivering support in governance, learning & development and Industry awards within Banking, General Insurance and Contact Centre industries. As Team Administrator at The Firm, Amy helps deliver the best experience to members and event attendees, through her passion for process efficiency and some serious organisational skills that also keep the team in check!

In her spare time, Amy loves to keep active through walking, running, cross-fit or taking her beloved dog Alfie out for a walk.

Kirsty

Membership Acquisition Manager

Having spent years in nursing in Dublin, Kirsty has an innate desire to help people, and in recent years has used this passion to work with clients to provide solutions to their problems as part of her various business development roles.

As Membership Acquisition Manager, Kirsty makes it her business to get to know those working in TA and to show them how membership of The Firm can make all the difference to them!

In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys attending her local gym and running. She has a dog called Buddy; a Cockador who also enjoys exercising and takes her for multiple walks a day.

Rihanna Clements

Membership and Training Administrator

Rhianna has worked within Administration for several years, having started her career after leaving University, where she studied towards a Law degree. As Membership & Training Administrator at The Firm, Rhianna’s role is to manage all membership and training administration processes, from setting our members up to booking dates for training sessions. She is also on hand as first port of call for any queries!

When not at her desk, Rhianna is kept busy with her two dogs, Bailey & Rosie.

Laura King

Content and Insight Manager

Laura spent over 11 years as a recruiter, primarily in-house (and during that time, was a Firm event attendee and awards nominee!), before joining The Firm to utilise her recruitment background to help the team create great content for our members. She’s got a passion for ED&I and candidate experience and loves finding ways to make our members jobs easier.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at the stables, or with her nieces and nephews or on the sofa with a book or a boxset – but always with her dog!

Alanna Impey

Marketing & Communications Executive

Alanna has a background of experiences in Sales, HR, Training, communications and marketing. Her main responsibilities for The Firm are maintenance and management of all social media platforms, digital marketing strategy and internal and external marketing communications.

She has a passion for creativity and is a meticulous planner and organiser. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her family & friends and pottering around in the garden.

Anthony Ball

Training and Consultancy Manager

Anthony has been working in the recruitment industry for over twenty years, having worked as an in-house recruiter and recruitment manager across various large corporations including Unilever, Centrica, and Easyjet.

Anthony is now utilising his experience, working at The Firm as Training and Consultancy Manager, designing and delivering training for TA and Hiring Managers, and working on projects to support key client initiatives.
