Emma Mirrington

Managing Director

Emma has over 20 years Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience working for organisations such as Unilever, Sky and Mars. Emma is passionate about supporting and developing members to help them reach their full potential and in her role as Managing Director leads The Firm team to enable this.

In her spare time Emma is kept very busy with three kids, two cats and a house renovation!

Anna Milbank

Commercial Director

Having spent 16 years working in Recruitment on the agency side, Anna moved across to the world of in-house recruitment by joining The Firm back in 2013 to develop the partnership and commercial aspect of the business and help bridge the gap between suppliers and our members. Now as co-owner of the business Anna is passionate about delivering the best quality content, insight and events to the TA community.

Her two boys and two cocker spaniels keep her busy in her free time, she loves keeping fit and especially her new Peloton!

Rachel Dalboth

Strategy & Development Director

Rachel spent over 20 years working as an in-house recruiter and Leader for the likes of Nokia, Fluor and Unilever, prior to joining The Firm in 2018. With responsibility for developing strategies that further strengthen The Firm’s membership and training propositions, Rachel is passionate about upskilling recruiters and hiring managers and loves nothing more than presenting or facilitating one of the many Firm events, training sessions and masterclasses. 

Rachel is a frustrated pop star at heart and is often found singing into her hairbrush when not in the recording studio.

Aby Wojick

Head of Membership

Aby has worked as a Membership Engagement professional for 12 years, supporting different industries within the charity and not for profit sector, supporting HR services through to small creative businesses, as well as working for the Equality Challenge Unit which works to advance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for staff and students in Higher Education. Aby is passionate about supporting people in their roles and actively collaborating to progress diversity and inclusion across the board, both within and beyond the TA industry.

In her spare time, Aby enjoys cooking, cycling, yoga, music and festivals.

Louise Finch

Membership Engagement Executive

Like many, Louise started her career in agency recruitment, before moving to Inhouse recruitment and later Talent Acquisition. Having worked in the private and public sector her love of people, making connections and the Recruitment industry led her straight to The Firm.

Weekends are spent on the River Wye paddleboarding, walking, exploring or with family and friends making memories.

Laura King

Content and Insight Manager

Laura spent over 11 years as a recruiter, primarily in-house (and during that time, was a Firm event attendee and awards nominee!), before joining The Firm to utilise her recruitment background to help the team create great content for our members. She’s got a passion for ED&I and candidate experience and loves finding ways to make our members jobs easier.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at the stables, or with her nieces and nephews or on the sofa with a book or a boxset – but always with her dog!

Zoe Printer

Events Manager

Zoe has been at the Firm since June 2022 and is responsible for the delivery of all the in person and virtual events. Prior to the Firm Zoe looked after the Events and Marketing for a not for profit charitable organisation creating event experiences for the NHS, Police and Fire & Rescue. Zoe took a round about route to becoming an Events Manager. She graduated from the university of Birmingham with a first class degree in War Studies and her first stab at the corporate world was on a Graduate scheme doing Business Development in the Defence industry. With now over 5 years of events experience under her belt, Zoe is passionate about creating unique high quality event experiences.

Outside of work you can find Zoe on the stage with her local Amateur dramatics group, baking a cake or taking her Minitature Schnauzer teddy for a long walk.

Abigail Allen

Events & Training Administrator

Abi started with the Firm in August 2022 as an Events Administrator, supporting the events teams with organising all the exciting events The Firm produce! Prior to working at The Firm she was at Legal and General as a Work Allocator, and before this worked at Specsavers for 5 years as an In Store Trainer. Outside of work she is a keen music fan and can be found attending gigs and updating her record collection.

Rhianna Clements

Membership and Team Administrator

Rhianna has worked within Administration for several years, having started her career after leaving University, where she studied towards a Law degree. As Membership & Team Administrator at The Firm, Rhianna’s role is to manage all membership and team administration processes, from setting our members up to booking team travel. She is also on hand as first port of call for any queries!

When not at her desk, Rhianna is kept busy with her two dogs, Bailey & Rosie.

Shannon Swanepoel

Shannon has worked within the property market for many years, either within Real Estate or Legal and has had 8 years’ experience attending to internal compliance, training bespoke conveyancing software and was part of the induction team. She has since moved from Cape Town, South Africa to the UK and did various temp and contract work.

On weekends she spends her time with her family, watching movies, going for walks and being a mom taxi, for all the sport!
